About the Book:-

‘Five Petals’ is a work of fiction & is a collection of short stories capturing different emotions like betrayal, humor, adventure, expectation & trust. The stories help the readers to get a peek into the lives of the main characters that are very relatable to any common man. It captures the interesting ways they adopt to navigate through their hardships or troubling situations. It is an attempt to showcase the perception of LIFE from different angles.

My Reviews:-

The author has done full justice with the flow of every story in the book. I can assure you every story has some morals to learn, to understand life from different aspects. I would like to share a few picks about every story:-

Life: A Roller Coaster Ride! One of the most favorite stories of mine. College life, college-level competitions, college love, college crush, campus placements, love marriage, etc. all have been well described by the author she brilliantly managed to synchronize all the ends of stories in perfect flow, to keep the readers engaged till the end. The story will make you fall in love with a strong-headed character Riddhima who knows how to turn a weakness into a strength.

Quarantined With Family A must-read story as per my view. It will make you realize whether you are a woman or man, you can not ignore your family just to prove your identity in the outer world. One must acknowledge the importance of the family and their contribution to his daily life that usually go unnoticed during normal days while performing office duties or social engagements.

Dream Or Nightmare is the longest story of this book. Story of Deepa and Chief Engineer Vinod will give you hints about the predictable ending at many places, however, the selection of words by the author, to portray the scenes and characters, has been done exceptionally well, must say it kept me hooked till the end.

Neetu & Aja the story of a granddaughter and grandfather will definitely take you down the memory lane when as a kid many times we felt ignored or less lovable compared to our siblings without knowing the other side of the story but once we grow up we understand the motive behind that whatever our elders do eventually for our own betterment.

Beyond Borders, a beautiful love story of two different cultured souls Uncle John and Aunt Meenu will make you understand the actual meaning of love. How the bond of true love grows old together gracefully. If you truly love someone no barriers can stop you from making her/his part of your life neither language nor borders, not even your shy nature, you muster all the courage to come out of your comfort zone just to find your way.

This was all about the Book FIVE PETALS, a worth reading book for all the book lovers who love to read soft romantic stories. I strongly recommend this book to all my friend to grab their copy. Here is the free download link
